The classic newspaper comic strip, Friday Foster, is collected in this expansive collection. Former nightclub attendee turned photographer’s assistance to fashion model, Friday Foster, finds herself often times in precarious situations while helping others. Her globe-trotting adventures are collected for the first time ever in this book.

The comic strip ran from 1970-1974, with a movie starring Pam Grier premiering in 1975 that was inspired by the character. It also featured the first African-American title character, which was unheard of at the time of its printing.
